Property Evaluation Services
Many times people need to know more about their property from a technical or feasibility standpoint. This may be because the owner wants to sell the property and wants to have good information for potential buyers to look at. It may be on the other side of the coin, where someone is looking to buy a piece of property and wants to have an independent evaluation of it. In either case, the approach is the same. We can provide an independent objective evaluation of any tract of land.
The evaluation, which may be combined with investigation for a particular use and called a feasibility study, will address (at the client's choosing) any or all of the following factors:
- Access to public or private roads
- Suitability for building
- Topography and slope of the land
- Flood plains on or adjacent to the tract
- View potentials
- Adjacent property owners
- Soil types and conditions
- Current zoning, special districts, permit availability
- Compatibility with particular potential uses
Because the scope can vary greatly according to the tract and the client's expectations, we should discuss the client's desired scope of service and determine an appropriate fee.
